Meet Maggie!
Maggie is the Owner, Principal Consultant & Designer, of The Magnolia Project. Inspired by her clients, friends, and family, accompanied with her passion for architecture, interiors, and thorough project management, Maggie started the design concierge business in 2020.
Maggie went to design school to become a Fashion Designer in the early 2000’s to discover design had no limit in any field. She got her start in fine furnishing sales and marketing management, then pursued her dream of becoming a home stager and complete home specialist upon arrival to Wilmington, NC in 2015. She began to develop a love for architectural and interior design and thus started her career in new construction. Maggie’s devotion to clients, process, and style, allowed her to work for some prestigious firms.
With her varied knowledge and experience in design, it became apparent to Maggie that it was time to step into a principal role where she could serve what felt like a missing population in the market – those who want to achieve affordable, quality design services. She always felt destined to help others and her community through design and creativity. The Magnolia Project stands for achievable and affordable design for all through simply beautiful living. She believes in “no fuss” design that invokes feelings of happiness and wonder in the eye of the beholder.
